  • Professional Exchange Networking (PEN) was founded more than 34 years ago by Bob Kadan, who believed that strong relationships are the foundation of business success. His vision was to create a community where professionals could support one another, exchange quality referrals, and build lasting connections based on trust and integrity.

    Over the years, PEN has grown into a network of dedicated business professionals who work together to help each other succeed. More than just a networking group, PEN is a community where members share knowledge, support one another, and build meaningful relationships that extend beyond business.

    Today, we continue to honor Bob's vision by fostering collaboration, professionalism, and genuine connections. Together, we help our members grow their businesses while building a stronger local business community.

Arrive & Meet

When you arrive at Hanna’s, please check in with the welcome table and sign in as a member or guest. Take a few minutes to introduce yourself to others before the meeting begins and make guests feel welcome. Grab breakfast and be seated by 7:30 a.m. so we can start on time. Bring plenty of business cards, be ready to share a short introduction about your business, and most importantly, come prepared to support fellow members through referrals, connections, and engagement.
